Delivery Information

When are orders sent?

Once your order has been received and payment is confirmed it will be sent the same or following business day depending on the time of your order. Orders are sent Monday - Friday via a signature required courier to any business or residential address (including rural areas).

If you would like your parcel left somewhere without signing eg. by the front door, please put your instructions in the order notes at checkout.

Please note: Salvatore cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered without a signature.

Estimated Time - Within New Zealand

Delivery is usually 1 - 3 business days from dispatch to a physical business or residential address.

  • North Island:      1 - 2 business days.
  • South Island:     2 - 3 business days.
  • Rural Address:  2 - 5 business days.

    • Please Note Delivery to a PO BOX is not possible via courier

    Price: Flat Rate Shipping on all orders

    Estimated time - Australia

    Delivery is usually 3 - 10 business days from dispatch, however it can take 10 - 14 Business Days.

  • Standard Post has limited internal tracking.
  • Full tracking is only available on International Courier items.
  • Delivery to a physical business, residential address or PO BOX.

    • Price:     From $8 NZD with options for International courier services or $10 NZD FLAT RATE shipping for orders over $150 NZD.

    Delivery is usually 7 - 10 business days from dispatch, however it can take up to 14 - 20 business days to some locations.

  • Standard Post has limited internal tracking.
  • Full tracking is only available on International Courier items.
  • Delivery to a physical business, residential address or PO BOX.

    • Price: From $12.80 NZD with options for International courier services or $25 NZD FLAT RATE shipping for orders over $150 NZD.
